Returns & Refunds policy
Unopened fragrances can be returned for a refund up to 30 days after the item has been shipped.
In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap where applicable).
If an item is used or the packaging is damaged we reserve the right to only offer a 50% refund in the form of a Luxe Vault X gift cards.
NOTE: We do not offer refunds on samples, sample discovery sets, or products that are not sealed in cellophane (example Creed).
NOTE: We do not offer refunds on international orders outside of the US.
NOTE: We do not offer refunds on orders that may cause an allergic reaction and/or health complications.
NOTE: We do not offer refunds on orders that result in allergic reactions or other health complications. It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully review all ingredient lists and product descriptions before making a purchase. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, we strongly advise you to consult with a healthcare professional before ordering our products. Your health and safety are our top priorities, and we encourage you to make informed decisions when shopping with us.
If you would like an update on the progress of your returned or exchanged item(s), please use the same order number that you used to initiate your return.
